We offer "Seri Shabu-Shabu" made with "Oizumi Pork" from Miyagi Prefecture, known for its soft flavor.It is made with plenty of summer parsley, which is grown from summer to autumn, and you can enjoy its refreshing aroma and texture.*Unlike winter parsley with roots, summer parsley does not have roots, but this gives it a more pronounced freshness and aroma.
